I’ve had this product for 2 months and I love it! I have hardwood floors, with area rugs, and it does a great job. I do use a stronger vac on the area rugs about every two weeks. My grandchildren are here four times a week and it’s great for keeping my kitchen crumb free. My house is fairly large so I use it in two zones. I let it clean each area until the battery dies, then recharge it for the other part of the house. I also have long hair and it really gets that off the floors and rugs. An added benefit is that we keep things off the floors. The children are convinced, should say I’ve convinced the children, that it will eat Legos. I wish I had this when I was working, I could have a cleaner every two weeks instead of every week.
We have laminate flooring everywhere except one room. That one room has a very low-profile carpet. We have 2 cats and 4 humans. We track in dirt sometimes. I bought this on sale on for near $99, hesitantly. I had not idea how much we would love it. We are busy people. Before the purchase, our floors would get dusty and we would finally find time to swift and clean, but not as often as we would want. Our little robot runs every day at 3:30pm and takes about 90 minutes to take care of our small house (1400 sq ft). Our floors always look good. We have replaced the whiskers and filter 2 times in 6 months (good for about 3 months of use). You can purchase the refills here on for a very fair price. We have to keep things picked up; socks, blankets, etc or she'll get stuck sometimes and shut herself off. I will never be without a robotic vacuum ever... we love this thing. For us, the more expensive versions are probably not worth the extra money.
I have vinyl plank flooring and dogs that shed like crazy. I have looked for a while for a robotic vacuum that didn't have a beater bar, because that can damage my floor. I am so pleased with this purchase. I run it everyday at 6:00pm. My ground floor is about 1100 sq feet and this little guy does the job! There is no mapping, so it does clean in a random pattern. One day I do full cleaning, the next I set it for edge cleaning. My floors stay clean and I love it. I also have some low pile rugs through my house. This vacuum transitions from the floor to the rugs, very nicely. It cleans under my furniture, under table and chairs, and under my bed. I am in love with this vacuum. When I empty it, I can't believe the stuff that was picked up.I no longer have to rip my back up trying to keep up with the floors. I did buy the extra protection plan hoping I don't have to use it. My only regret is not buying this sooner.
I don’t know how I did life without this. My fiancé and I both work full time and I run a business as well so vacuuming everyday with 2 dogs (golden retriever & lab mix) and 2 cats (short hair but they shed like crazy) was out of the question. It’s been over a week and I’m still over the moon about it. I do have to empty the container daily but that beats sweeping or vacuuming our hardwood floors everyday.I will say a couple of things, but don’t let this deter you from it’s amazing features and time saving abilities. Some robotic vacuums will “learn” your house and become more efficient over time. This one does not do that. I don’t have an issue with that as long as it gets the bulk of everything. It is a bit loud, it reminds me of a hairdryer noise, but I don’t mind that at all. If you have cats who like to investigate everything, I recommend taping the top (it pops open to remove the canister). I used a little bit of painters tape because my cats figured out how to open it the first night. It does tend to bump into things but it nativages pretty well. Speaking of navigation, the thing is completely erratic and doesn’t “seem” to have a pattern, it just bounces around everywhere. But I watched it the first few times (the whole time it cleaned) and it cleaned everywhere. I would not recommend this to anyone who has high pile carpet or rugs. It is not designed for that.
I love everything about this vacuum it was worth every penny I have no regrets with this purchase. I’m so happy that I didn’t have to spend over $300 for this. This does everything that the more expensive ones do. Can be programmed too. So unique I can’t say enough good things about this device
